through one small hole, we see one big mistake...

reading and listening and dicussing about how the world is being organised can drive someone crazy. with the current situation in lebanon, with the second tsunami in indonesia and with many other issues around the world, to small to mention, i realised that the future of this world is at the edge of a sword. will power hegemony overwrite the multipolar power sharing or will the war against anything be accepted without people's consent.

while my focus is more on how does one state protect themself from other's, it does have some connection with the current world system. i believe that, what we are witnessing now, is not new. although the method and the application of pursuing power is different from the past, the objective always remain intact, to overcome the fear of other's in terms of their power increament. this semester i will have the oppportunity to master myself with the topic of international security. as last semester really thought me about the international relations, i hope this semester will make me more familiar with the world, geographically, economically and hopefully politically.

born in a country consisting of 14 states, each have their own sovereign territory, i believe what Malaysia is experiencing now is a very crucial moment. observing from far, listening from others, and critically evaluating each scenes and events, worried me so much. as for people out there who have interest in discussing the topic of international security, in any forms, come and join me. as for people who concern about the national issue in malaysia, i would invite you guys to participate critically with me. i guess, the more the merrier with the hope that, the outcome will always be positive. thast all for now, lets kick in and make a move. ta.
